Creek Solutions is a well established company, with a very rare and specialised range of expertise. Founded and managed by Paul Creek, who brings more than 38 years of experience in aged and health care, including 23 years as a consultant specialising in food, laundry and cleaning services. His expertise helps organisations streamline operations, strengthen compliance, and improve service quality for residents and staff.

Before consulting, Paul spent 18 years in international hospitality, working in senior roles across several countries. With formal qualifications including a Master’s in Aged Care Management, Bachelor of Business (Management and Finance), Diploma of Accounting and Commerce, Diploma of Hotel Management, and UK City & Guilds certification in Commercial Cookery, Paul combines strategic insight with deep operational knowledge.
